TAKE MORE LEAVE exists to help families afford the time they deserve during parental leave by providing financial support during periods of unpaid or partially paid leave.
Why I Started Take More Leave
Like many working parents, I saw how difficult it can be to take time away from work after welcoming a child.
While parental leave is often available in theory, much of it is unpaid or only partially paid. For many families, that makes taking the time they need financially impossible.
Parents are often forced to return to work earlier than they planned—not because they want to, but because they can’t afford not to.
I started TAKE MORE LEAVE to help bridge that gap.
By providing financial support during leave, even modest grants can help families stay home longer during one of the most important moments in their lives.
Our goal is simple: to help more families afford the time they deserve.
